need help on my first deal
I have an investor interested in a property. Let's say the place costs $40K after negotiation. And I have a person interested in organizing and paying all the improvements on that property. Let's say to make it easy also $40K.
I'm the one getting the other parties together, find the property and negiotiate the price.
Let's say the place can be sold for $120K.
How would you split the cake between the investor, the improver and myself?
thanks
