Come on over to this spam link I inserted and sign up for a list I will pester you with all the while not providing any valuable info or posting any great information to Bigger Pockets "That is what they are really saying.

Mail once every 4 weeks (so once a month) so that you are not spamming your prospects but they are remembering you.

Subdividing is an obstacle, but if you tackle it and know what you're doing, there's a lot of opportunity.
