IMO, it may also give a tenant the impression that there is some substance related to the lease and car insurance or any other unrelated issue and where the tenant questions my lease as eliminating things I should be responsible for.

So the question: Add your listing for free is basically harming the listing agent since the leads the listing agent deserve to get are taken away from him/her.

I feel like a phone call might have a lot more substance, and people would remember who I am.

The real estate commissions care about license laws and harming the general public.In commercial real estate the REALTOR symbol really doesn't carry much weight.

I may be a little too eager and making an investment now may do more harm than good.

I totally disregard the glowing social reviews and only look for negative reviews of substance.
