I had been buying it FL, AZ and NV because they have been hit so hard I believe they have no place to go but up.

They say all kinds of things about the illegality of things, but usually can't quote you a law or code to back it up.Wholesaling is especially hard, I think, to stay clear, because it appears to others that you are making money out of nothing and people aren't shy about saying it.
