I found a 3/1 SFR that has great "bones" in a cute little neighborhood.

As a landlord you should have a plan for this kind of thing A few months ago a woman walked out on her lease and left all her belongings Her money mongerie landlord threw all her stuff in the dumpster Vintage vanity $2000; Russian made side table $800; 2 Flat screen tvs $500 each; Desktop pc and network $1000; and a whole house more!

So it's kick a woman with two children out on the street just because she wants to.

Her reason nobody wanted the book is "because she's a woman". 

@Nicole Frawley, I actually interviewed the woman who runs the camp we go to frequently.

It doesn't take a lot of decor to make a home really cute and cozy.

Many times over the years when we were doing deals it was obvious that someone didn't want to deal with me because I was a woman.
