Chart out prices over the last 40 years in Toronto and you will see that it is far above that long-term trend.

The more precise that you are, the better and easier that it is for them to find and send you deals. 

That brings the number step by step from the initial first cut to a more precise evaluation of the deal. 

Excel will do any kind of graph or chart you might want to see.I personally want to see the bottom line number.
