Was just hoping to bounce some ideas on what ad sets were working best as well as current conversion rates. 

People that own vacation rentals have had a tough couple months but I am confident the demand for vacation rentals will bounce back quickly after this crisis ends and the economy opens back up.

Google's method for ranking is much more complex than 'does the page contain the keywords'... it is looking at click through rate, time on site, bounce rate, back links, readability, domain trust, and a host of other stuff.So... when you get your domain I would suggest creating city/neighborhood specific pages on your site that have UNIQUE value add content and an action that a user can complete (like filling out a contact form).

I've bounced back and forth between expense for property (income to holding co) and Transfer-deduction (property)/contribution (holding co).
