I think it’s absurd that people really think that African Americans are really given a fair shot.Rich I don’t think that African Americans are considering any event as a crutch but a hurdle that we will jump over, just like we’ve done and will always do.

This is really absurd when stated this way, but in my opinion that's what's really going on.

Either/or both will give you more useful knowledge (in my opinion), and one only adds a few glances over your shoulder in a process you already have in place.I can't help but see social media screening as a shortcut towards the same end as home visits, ultimately, but with less usefulness and a false sense that you're mitigating risk on marginal applications, if they even get that far, as you'll likely deny good renters who simply don't want the invasion of privacy.

I guess some unlicensed people are making false claims about how being an RE agent will 'hinder' investing because you have to disclose to everyone you are an agent. 

Baltimore vs LA...on average during the sametime period is a bit absurd to take seriously on average. 

You, my friend, called me and my business nothing short of a scam and that is completely and utterly false.

I recall some being reasonable while others being absurd. 

Saying power will be back to 95% in December gives the people a false sense of hope to get their lives back to normal (which won't really happen by December).
