As the proverb goes: "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."

Kind of ironic. 

At that point, ironically, it's actually making the OP money to keep the debt in a perverse sort of way. 

At my personal residence the Iron pipes collapsed so we pretty much had to do a complete remodel of our house.

Ironically, as an eXp agent "Disparaging or speaking negatively about the competition or any other agent outside of eXp Realty in any form or fashion" is prohibited and ground for removal or severance from eXp.

The funny ironic thing about this conversation (for me) is that the group of people who should know the most about real estate (note I didn't say real estate 'investing') are architects! 

People are always looking for a reason not to take action, I want to ask what can I do today to position myself to strike when the iron is hot. 

Schools, downtowns, hospitals etc.Can you figure out what the prevalent demographic is in your area, seniors, millennials, students or iron workers, cater to the market.
