I keep most of mine in email at present with just a "Thank you for booking" message via the platform.They are not yet integrated with Vrbo platform messenger.

What I like about Lodgify is that it integrates the booking system into my website as well. 

With Hostfully, for example, you'll get a system that you can integrate other systems (like Breezeway for cleaning and maintenance scheduling) and Pricelabs or Wheelhouse.Before you move out of your place, search for and meet maintenance, cleaning, "runner", and inspection crews.

The people who invest with us and share deals are motivated, hard working, high integrity people who love to make money.

I do also have my own capitol to invest so I am not looking for an unfair partnership ;)Edit, since this is somewhat my own fear...I am a man of integrity and I would NEVER steal a deal from someone.

A lot of people are happy to game the system and compromise integrity/morals to make more money.

Best bet is to find a company that is vertically integrated to complete all your goals in house rather than getting a single company to do each step of the journey.
