As a lender, I have to pose a question. Curious why I see so many posts about this
Hi All,
As an investor myself and owner of a mortgage brokerage, I have to ask. It is something I see so often asked about. So, I am genuinely curious. Why do so many posts I read reference buying an investment (obvious by reading posts, there is no intention to occupy) and use FHA financing? I would love to hear because candidly that is straight loan fraud.
