It has grown my business and others at the same time exponentially.

Encourage them to be grown-ups, talk with each other and work things out. 

Because she is 20 yrs old, she was paying rent while living under our roof (trying to teach her to be a grown-up & be independent).

I for one had always worked in an office or owned my own office buildings through the years.. and now that we have small staff ( post GFC) we created home office and have been there now 6 years and have grown to accept/like it. 

Of course that was pretty hard for me to wrap my head around as a child but as I've grown (I'm 50 this year) I've seen what she was telling me.

My list has grown since this original post. 

I'm a bit spoiled being able to choose where to live now my kids have grown and left the nest.I'm going to have a hard time deciding where to land I think!

Mine really aren't too exciting- but would love to chime in on behalf of the other newbies and people who have recently gotten started, but maybe haven't grown a ton just yet.

Being a grown man and obeying orders for enough money to get by is disheartening.

If your starting off you need some leverage to grown and time as a favor.
