It leads to large section of the brick bowing out, and you go from having to repair and repoint 400 bricks to 10,000 in a hurry.No exterior repainting is a tall order, but hey, you're new, so I won't bark at you.

Almost too small to mow so a deck and some mulch and tall grasses may suffice.

When I bought it, there was one can light in the center of the 10'x20' area, and one old shower-type fixture (square frosted glass) in the center of the 10'x10' area.

Aside from that, and the largest issue is they are making us replace the entryway cement steps because the risers are .75" too tall.

The area has 100 year old homes including many with leaded glass. the wood trim is pretty nice, and though it looks a little outdated/vintage it is generally considered more desirable than plain new trim from home depot, especially in this part of town where people are looking for older buildings with character.  

A fairly tall pass even for Peru. hahaha
