Does anyone have or know of a great airbnb/STR/MTR acquisition and operating calculator that incorporates at least 3 debt instruments with different terms, interest rates, maturities?

I think a fee-only, holistic advisor that knows and incorporates RE could be beneficial.

Most that rent those types of places rather than a chair at a large high-traffic salon are there because they don't want to work 24/7.   

I selected MainStar Trust  for a SDIRA because it had low fees and it appeared that they would accept the LLC incorporation papers that were not prepared for an attorney.  

That's how they spread, by someone sitting in a chair where they are, or laundry with them on it getting washed and they drop off.
