I have spent significant amount of time investing in my community here locally: I'm a member of Church groups, I play music for my kids school, I built an indoor sports arena in my community, started a real estate investment club, and also paid for speed of network by buying into various masterminds.So, yes, the network helps.  

There is a need everywhere for handymen, gardeners, etc. 

I managed a rental in Palm Beach gardens that did extremely well.

If you want slightly older homes that could be rehabbed, I would suggest Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, or surrounding cities. 

when Smothers is talking to Matt Damons character " its hard to determine when your telling the truth but from my position just seems like Garden variety greed)there is no doubt if these people with their on line presence would have just done some home work and worried about their client a little more they may have wanted to sell a different asset.. they would have still done well.. why this stuff I don't know.. but they should have stopped a year or more ago.but I got an email from someone I Jacksonville.. exact same scenario cheapest house in the hood.

Friday we begin trimming in doors.

One person's virulent weed is another's gardening challenge.We had a neighbour who nursed along a bamboo hedge for years, fortunately this cold hardy strain of bamboo only grew about 4' in height and had to be covered each winter (along with the rhododendrons) ... apparently it was only cold hardy to about -15, so anything that crawled out of the patch during the summer was killed off by the -30 to -40 nights in the winter.
