Having an entire brand as big as BP ride on the back of one individual is bad business, they need the intellectual property out across multiple hosts.For this purpose the requirement isn't to be great, but good enough, which David definitely is ;) ;) 

Scrimping here is probably the only way they can make themselves think the deals they bought looked good enough on paper. 

For the past two years, my math calculations have been telling me that it is dangerous to invest in single-family properties in my area in Los Angeles, out-of-state homes have many inherent risks and additional costs and I can't find multi-unit properties anywhere in the U.S. where the profit potential looks good enough to get involved with because maybe I am spoiled from earning past profits, or I am not analyzing properties, correctly.I am 100% for investing in multi-unit properties and the larger the better, but single-family properties are starting to look better.

Some would argue that if the deal is good enough, the risk is worth it.

I'm not expecting anything luxurious but a property good enough for a beginning investor to call their first.

Or maybe having good credit is good enough?
