I would guess your condo will be worth twice, maybe three times it's current value in 20 years - assuming global warming is still held at bay.

There’s a company called TVS- Tenant Verification Service that does Canadian credit and background checks. 

Issues, Canadian banks have a 5 bank monopoly and make it impossible for even a 800+ credit score to get investment properties without 35% down.

Virtually every session I've attended has been product offering for Canadians only.
