Last year the bill was 13k, I cant imgine it going down anytime soon.Upon closer insection, I've found that the property has virtually no storage, or built-inssmall rooms for such a large homeawkward kitchen with  kind of a dated color scheme (green marble tile on top of wood counters, yikes!)

The more you get paid the harder I personally feel it is to walk away from your job, which can somewhat be a trap of its own. 

It really boils down to knowing the area so that you don't get trapped with a nice property on a bad block.  

This is also the wage or salary trap, keeping your away from REI. 

Once the 2020 capital flood hit, our market jumped out of the VA trap.... but then it kept going.

These dogs have attached an elderly lady and then a month later an elderly man, then trapped a handicapped man on his boat dock. 

I believe they will fall into the same trap as most out of area investors do at some point in the ownership process.

If you youtube bed bug traps there is a little trap that emits CO2 you can make that catches them.. now that it is vacant I think I would be putting those out in the near term and catch as many as possible and try to keep them on one side.  

The best analogy I can think of right now is a Chinese finger trap.
