What kind of temperature and environment are you dealing with for most part of the year?

If you have an outdoor smoker, will the inside of a property smell?

In fact, this is exactly what I use successfully to scrub my wooden deck (before re-sealing) or my outdoor brick surfaces, when moss growth takes place.Any thoughts?

I love being in the outdoors, (sounds like we've got that in common) so that where I tend to spend more money on... bikes, kayaks, running events, backpacking/hiking, snowboarding and other outdoor trips. 

I also compensate with outdoor firepits.

Not sure what exactly they want yet such as merely window and door sensors or outdoor camera's as well.

It can also be hard to get simple items you may take for granted such as name-brand clothing, outdoor gear or even hiking shoes, bags of cement, other building materials, tools, auto parts, boat motors, and any beer besides Belikin.

Austin is hot temperature wise and real estate too.

Would tenants control the thermostat or do I set a base temperature?
