I don’t see why someone would deliberately not do all the maintenance and work orders, pest control, pay for garbage pick up etc… Who knows, maybe this is just a really badddd manager that just wants to collect fees and not do anything, but if the tenants don’t pay, they don’t get paid either.

You living in one side will be your responsibility, but the other side you can use as a deduction.This will be the same for water, sewer and garbage as well.

Second a flip you wanna put a little extra money in so it looks good and it's quality and people understand it's not garbage they need to replace in five years period when you're flipping for a rental it just needs to be good enough and look nice.

Propelio while they claim to have MLS it was only showing on market deals which is no bueno...I think in regards to incorrect data that might be up to the county...Garbage in, garbage out...
