What does the assessor's database have it listed as?

I am a new agent and I am building my database with sellers and buyers, I have that flexibility to leave work, however I will not tell someone to quit their jobs, I have two friends who looked for their house after 5pm and on the weekends because they were at work, Most people work a 9-5, @Sherrine Milton being a Full Time agent does not mean you will be successful as James Wise suggested its takes work, and if you are determine you will be successful as a part time or full time agent, no matter what but it takes work : )

But, for example, if someone owns a property in Baltimore and one property in DC, running a tax database search on only one of those cities websites is only going to show their Baltimore properties.Is there a tax-database search that aggregates all these sites?

The database is no good if hardly anyone uses it. 

Let them know that you understand how hard this is for them, but they will need to find a relative or another option before all of their options run out, or they will have their credit ruined, they may face criminal charges, and if they end up with an eviction on their record they will get on an eviction database that will mean most landlords won't rent to them. 

Using a platform similar allows you to build a database of clients to re-market to, but also allows you the time to create the best experience you can to your guest. 

They don't get tagged and logged into some secret magical government database that says, OK today John Apestrond is motivated.You can't separate the motivated people from the none motivated people using some criteria.
