There's still that 'oh, don't worry your purrty little head' attitude.I've always been my own GC and worked with the subs directly, so this is a different situation, but you'll still have to figure out if this will be a harmonic situation or not.So, the initial bid is when I figure out some of the attitudes and if there's any chance for us to possibly work together.
