There are some cool new commercial developments coming up like a new indoor water park and some more stuff that Johnny Morris is building down in the Hollister/Ridgedale area.

Seems to be a great deal of interest in GCs and there are so many high-end homes in the area that I know that I could make really good money servicing the Island I live on as well as the surrounding islands. 

Alternatively if RE prices start to drop, that could also be a difference maker... but from what I see, they continue to go up, even today!   

I would say as long as you can make rent and expense (mortgage + maintainence) equal, go for it.

Indoor/outdoor, 4k video, night vision, motion detectors, and remote viewing with WiFi are all available for reasonable prices.
