Even though the current proposal is not 100% of what we had, the FEA is grateful for the efforts of the many members of Congress and congressional staff who worked hard to preserve the core aspects of Section 1031.Released yesterday, the "Tax Cuts and Jobs Act," should move quickly through the legislative process.

I've only been focusing on probate for the last 8 months and I can say that I have found more folks that are grateful for the help rather than the opposite.  

I seem to always attract a large, qualified pool of tenants.All the tenants I have had, had medium to large breed dogs and they have all told me how grateful they were to find a place that allowed their pet(s).

If your unit is occupied your tenant may be grateful as it should be more efficient.

Frustrating but I’m grateful that I am learning this now and that this tenant was only in the apartment for 2 months.Wondering how you all don’t lose faith in humanity when something like this happens and what keeps you going?

I am grateful to my fellow coworkers at REAFco because we are always doing that.
