I personally would stay away from all the guru seminars until you get a good understanding of which ones are even worth going to and that you understand fundamentals of different strategies.

I have a question on the fundamental concept of generating wealth with investing, at least starting out.

This is the fundamental problem I have with Wall Street who takes too much fees off the hard-working efforts of the middle class.

I think what happens is people invest without the proper understanding of fundamental investing principles!

This isn’t a guarantee of course but has been steady going back several decades and the underlying fundamentals (diverse job market, population growth, quality of life attractions) point to a steepening appreciation curve in Longmont, in my Chrystal ball at least.

You don't need to know everything – but if you want to become an "investor friendly agent," it's wise to learn some of the fundamentals.

However it can drag if you are very familiar with the fundamental elements of real estate investment (REI).
