can be issue for foundation and plumbing as well which i consider bigger.on inspectors and structural issues, they generally will say "i feel there may be issues here but i recommend you have an expert look at it" so basically no answer in my book.roofing - you are looking at around $175 (really cheap ) to $280 per sq around okc (a square is 100 sq ft of roofing) this is assuming decking is in ok shape. plenty of roofers looking for work so you might be able to get them down some.on drywall yes you can do that. you will want to check it out though and see if it could progress further.  

Things can easily get lodged in garbage disposals and prevent the blades from spinning. 90% of the time that is the problem. 

It is underground at the back of the basement, but above ground at the front (with a deck) I definitely agree with not counting your profits on conjecture so thanks a lot for reminding me of that.

I was on the deck of the top floor when my foot when through the floor board and for a few nanoseconds, I thought I was gonna fall through the deck... lol... scary... lol It would have been a huge cash cow as all units were 2-3 bedrooms and could go Section 8 at an average of about $1k rent each unit.
