This is a flushing agent that causes the roaches to flush from their hiding places, run into the freshly sprayed chemical (I always prefered the chemical Demand CS with an active ingredient of Lambda-Cyhalothrin)It may take 2 or even 3 treatments to eradicate the problem and is not cheap if done right.

The seller might be hiding some facts, and the thing he is hiding might be something huge like a sinkhole problem since it is Florida after all.Id be super cautious about this deal and not be afraid to back out if things go awry.

IN CA WA OR there are very specific laws on how you handle a borrower in default...I have done this for many many years.. this is a tough one... people are under extreme stress... and many times denial... sometimes they just bury their head like and ostrich other times they can be proactive.if you really want to do this here is how I did it and was successful1. you need real cash not loans not HML not wholesaling but real cash.2. you only contact them within 5 days of the home going to sale... ( this is when they are motivated3. you learn how to run your own title or have a good title company willing to give you date downs on the phone ( if that can happen in your market.4. you understand who the foreclosure mills are or foreclosure attornies so you can have courier bring them cashiers check to payoff the home.if you get into position to do this then this is where the real money is made.

Note: Not an attorneyDepending on type of trust, living trust is for passing stuff down, the other trusts for anonymity in 2024 you will need to disclose who you are anyways and unless you are a family member of Adam Levine then why do you need to hide your identity.

That is the reason people use land trust it is to hide ownership, if you record it; it wouldn't be so private.Don't get it confused with a living trust.
