I personally pay 100 a month for once a week service on my home here in Oregon.. its got a small lawn they are in and out in 20 minutes max.. but its always mowed edged leaves blown etc.. and they will do little things each week like trim some hedges etc.. 3k Is what I pay for an entirely new front yard in one of my new builds including timed sprinkler system.. which we need here for summer green.. or everything would die.3k to me out in the mid west to me would be a major over grown trees removed etc etc.
