I buy in the western suburbs and parts of MPLS.  

@Brandon Cravens I am not a fan of NASB or First Western due to their restrictive lending.  

The siding is western red cedar and was installed in the 50's we were told.  

I realize that 75% of the market prefers master downstairs in Texas and its mostly northerners and westerners who prefer master up.How do I target the population that want master up (families with young children) and ensure my house sells fast?

I am a new investor in the western New York area(Niagara Falls) and I am looking to try and find a new job related to real estate that I could pursue so I don't have to work construction on the road anymore and be away from my family so much.

They are primarily clustered on the western side of 400 dipping down to where 75 and 85 meet.
