Bill, I just finished up writing an insurance claim on the south side of Chicago, about 15 minutes from where Kaye lives, where thieves stole two semi tractor trailers (about 80 grand worth) of metals from a metal recycling plant.

The native plants also save water consumption, so I don't want residents to plant other invasive species, as that would negate the water consumption savings, and the design.

He has been in this unit for 3 years and his parents are next door (have been there for 7 years)  They have gardens planted out back and they have no desire to move, I would like to keep them but I can't keep paying $169 to fix the sink drains.  

My favorite plant is called Purple Fountain Grass.

& give it minute to wiggle on the line .... and maybe go add some special touches to the outside ... pressure wash the roof, walls & driveway, shine the windows, plant some blooming flowers, hang a springtime wreath on the door, hang an American flag on a pole to stick out on the front of the attached line of homes (if allowed), etc....Some Simple & Sweet Southern Charm makes a big difference down here .... pretty much Everywhere, in the south & even in inner city Memphis, but it's Especially Expected at $1000+/mo rental range.  

I'd like to dive deeper into real estate investing at this time, since this is where I plan to plant roots.

A few of the major employers (Monsanto, Boeing, Express Scripts and a few manufacturing plants) are planning for expansion in 2017, which will also help bolster the local economy.

I think virtually adding green grass, plants and curb appeal is almost bait and switch.

So he's been slowly planting the seed with his listeners mindset (maybe for years in the making, he's very smart), and he wants big investors.
