Any deposit escrow I know does come back in that scenario.I stayed away this time, but next time will be more prepared as well.By the way, I know of at least 2 of those homes are back on the market as REO'sThe auction does not publish what the sold prices were, but I will continue to monitor those to see what they finally did sell for.

look for a better local website - many many lenders and mortgage brokers publish their rates without asking for a phone number or an email address or the property address. you can also check bankrate.com for single family (there are some caveats to their published / advertised rates but it will get you close)...
