Fingers crossed we can find something that works out.

I'm sitting here making holes in my desk with my finger tapping as I eagerly await my signing appointment to be scheduled.

very old and tried scheme.. fraught with danger.. you have too many people that could default.VERY risky for the original seller.. but then again many middle men that do this could give a rip about their sellers as long as they made some money.. ( not pointing fingers at you of course) but this scheme unfortuantly is full of crooks.. 

I'd love an agent who has their finger on the investment pulse and may hear of deals before they come on the market.

Pretty conservative considering the assignee will have 110K in equity after the rehab.You just made 30k without lifting a finger, lining up contractors, arranging financing, not to mention the possibility of uncovering something detrimental to your profits.

(Fingers Crossed)...we just need to stay afloat until other spaces are leased, but once we have this building at 85% occupancy (or higher) it will be a huge asset!

The idea that it's something that you can snap your fingers and get just isn't there.

I am keeping my fingers crossed though. 

I am brand new with only one property under contract (fingers crossed).

But I like having my finger on the pulse.
