You have to have had a big enough sample to see those numbers.

Sample a couple different small banks by you, they might have different programs.

With a 5k budget, your sample size has to be close to 10,000/month (completely pulling this number out of the air)?

For those BP'ers that have had success using private money, would you mind sharing a sample email/letter that you have used that worked for you?

Those sample tests are often from the question pool on the exam, memorize the written answer not the letter, they may change in the order of answers. 

You deed the house into the trust and record it at the county (creates Trust) You can google a sample of a land trust. 

I have never written an option before, does anyone have a sample of an option contract and look thru/use to write mine.
