Many of these homes are up to 100 years old and some of them haven't been upgraded since Prohibition (alcohol, not cannabis :-) ) So, you could be looking at costly plumbing and electrical issues.

A bit like drinking from a fire hose so it'll take a bit of time to filter all the great info..Mike, I get the limitations of VA and FHA and finding a property that works out in San Diego and agree that tour lengths are a definite factor when you're active duty.
