“Out of State” by R.M. Andrews

Hey everyone, I was getting ready to take off back to San Diego when I scrambled to look for a good E-Book to read before I lost service. I came across “Out of State” by R.M. Andrews which was recommended online for military investors considering their frequency of relocation. I slammed the 197 page book before the first round of drinks came by. I was glued. I am a beginner to all things real estate and still getting used to its terminology, common practices, and overall nature of it. I gained so much knowledge and cannot wait to read it again. I saw it as a good chronological, informational guide on what to look out for and what to expect. Being that I am a beginner, I know how vulnerable I am to making mistakes and underestimating/overestimating. This book was an eye-opener to the level of risk I am comfortable with along with solid steps to take before taking action to ensure safe and smooth outcomes. No book I have read thus far has motivated me and guided me as well as “Out of State”. What do you guys think about out of state investing or the book by R.M. Andrews in general? PS: Im new to forum posting let alone BP. If I stepped out of my lane or violated “unwritten” rules please let me know.
