the property I went to see was paying almost $5500 for flood Ins and an additional $5000 for Liability  this was a legal 5 family with 4 apartments in the main building and a cottage adjacent.

It's right neat the airport and very centrally located between DT Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, and ASU in Tempe.

It's very close to the beach/airport and I am getting a great price for it. 

First time post here - I am currently house hacking my 5bed 3 bath, renting out 3 beds and 2 baths as individual units in South Decatur (20 min drive to downtown Atlanta and the airport).

As the rehab is coming to a close I realized the problem still exists and the reason is that the smell is seeping through the walls/gaps from the adjacent property where the neighbors are clearly smoking (heavily).

but for fun the airport at Hoquiam is one of my favorites for the 100 dollar Hamburger  fly up the Columbia over Astoria bridge hook a right fly up long beach and do the approach out over the Pacific and land to the east..
