None of these adults work, and the only income is her disability.

i don't think you're going to find a responsible adult that's going to tell you it's a good idea to drop out of college.

Obviously both adults would be on the lease.

It is challenging enough being a landlord, you don't want to have to deal with grown adults arguing over parking.Personally I would rather not inherit tenants, but as a new investor I could see wanting to have money coming in (hopefully) from day 1.Awkward unit setups are tough to deal with as well.

If this property is for families - Poor Choice, but if it's for single adult, No Problem!
