Listening to my favourite music and grabbing a Chic-fil-A biscuit (we all know how good they are) on the way to the bank, nothing was going to bring me down... or so I thought.Finally getting to there and seeing plenty of happy smiles ready to sign me up for a loan, I thought with a 763 Credit Score and 50k worth of savings, I was in the drivers seat.When we started sharing information, everything was golden until we came to my work history.  

This problem wouldnt exist if our house had been insured when the drunk driver lived there.

Driver's seat: A place you spend a lot of time in getting to and from work.

That might be possible in some areas where local drivers generate the demand.

(mailman, delivery drivers, the guys with the ice cream carts, etc...) be creative.

As of now, I could have the unit cleaned out in 1 day, have my garbage truck driver pick all possessions up for $100 bucks, and start over.

Also, all the drivers are adjustable within a downloadable google sheet. 

As a trusted investor, a broker gives me lock box codes because I have built a relationship with them, I proviede my Drivers License copy upon request and all my business and contact info.

(Only my driver was in the car and fortunately he did not get hurt although the car was severely damaged.)The rule is not that the bigger vehicle is at fault.

Staying active here has probably been the single biggest traffic driver to my site other than organic Google search (not that I stay active here for that reason, of course, but it's a nice benefit).
