Otherwise I would come down with most people that more people that are working and are able to be held responsible the better chance of getting paid even if one of them flakes out.Also given it is a 4BR place I don't see as much potential for drama as if it was a smaller place where you would have people sharing a bedroom or the one guy paying less to agree to sleep on the couch or that kind of stuff.

Had she taken another approach, I would have gladly stepped in to help her.As to the rest of your comment, while John May take a very aggressive and forward approach in his dealings with illegal activities as it relates to wholesaling, I don’t think he is “insulting” anyone here, just delivering facts, and harshness aside, the facts are the facts especially in FL which probably has the most strict laws on the books about this.

This is what has me thinking the homeowner probably owes them marketing fees at least if they want to back out of selling now because i wanted to consider putting a bid in for it but now I think there's just too much drama associated with this to be bothered.
