Cancel the gym membership... buy solar instead and walk some new neighborhoods .. maybe you will find a new rental.  

I know the prices/membership levels have changed greatly since we joined, so i really have no idea what's included with the different price levels anymore.As for me, I will always be grateful to FB.

Definitely explore all the different tools this site has to offer, and definitely pay for the PRO membership when you get a chance.

Hello All, I finally decided to introduce myself, although having paid for membership a little over a month.  

In fact, HOA dues and other membership type fees are specifically addressed in BK code.

I got myself a gym membership and grew enough to obtain 2nd place at a national level fitness contest.

I just purchased a membership to a service that offers unlimited legal advice, and I have already contacted them several times.Beyond avoiding lawsuits, I have purchased large liability policies on my properties and an umbrella liability policy to help cover the expenses related to a lawsuit if I ever end up in one.

I believe a charter membership was $575 IIRC.

I am a membership committee member of HAPCO the Philadelphia Landlord Association which is a not for profit advocate for Landlords in Philadelphia.
