Generally the listing brokerage is going to side with the other broker/agent because a buyer can be a one off sale but the brokers and agents have to deal with each other on a regular basis so that ongoing relationship usually holds more weight and importance for them to protect.If you do not have a buyer brokerage agreement then you should be able to start using someone else for other properties.No legal advice given.

Adding more lateral weight to the original adhesive is a bad idea if you don't know what the original compound was, since different thinsets and mastics are designed for different shear weight. 

They can be worth their weight in gold.

$725 for 30 yd, but you're going over the weight if you fill it. 

I am sorry if my advice isn't what you want to hear, trust me I don't want any of my fellow investors to fail or struggle, it is just the weight of a lot of people's experiences that let me know that trust can be risky with tenants.

People here are as nice as you would find anywhere, and generally like to get along rather than cause a lot of trouble, and as someone that grew up in NJ that's worth it's weight in gold.

I would recommend cutting them out most likely unless, for your market, you know for sure they are earning their weight. 

Might be a box of nails that rattle, put a hammer in there to give it some weight, then wrap the real gift inside that one.

I.E. are you paid by the mile, by the weight, is it long distance or a local daily route, etc.
