If you're able to do that, then perhaps the $$$ may be worth it.Thanks for bringing this up Eric.I feel like everyone overlooks the fact that if you can't efficiently talk with someone over the phone then you are never going to get results.At the end of the day, you can crunch numbers like a math whiz but if you cannot communicate with others then you are dead in the water. 

I would totally use them again when in a time crunch to sell.

I didn't have time to go to a school and crunch 19 chapters in 4 Saturdays. 

I will say, crunch the numbers and if they look good...then make sure you have enough in your cash reserve to weather the inevitable storm ahead so you are still in business when the sun shines.Good luck!

After a few weeks of crunching numbers and contemplating scheduling a call, I finally did it and it was great move.
