Plus with no possibility of losing money on a flip(it can and does happen regardless of what is shown on TV)So what do you want.  

Among them was that for non-owner occupied short term rentals, the property owner gets it re-zoned as commercial.Check the local papers and TV stations for more details.

If that's enough to kill the deal, then look at a different property.If not, and if you have the ability to do inspections, call the big foundation company that advertises a lot on TV in your market (and is probably a national franchise).
