I am kind of concerned about how some dis honest person who has access to the information could possible use  it later or if their database is hacked. 

If it's a property that you think you'd have an interest in, put it in your database, so you be prepared to move on it at the appropriate time (right away or later if its' an REO in progress with HUD, Fannie, or a national servicer).These nicer areas may be areas where you can flip in as well.
