Its going to be a fun weekend for a trial run at driving by all the houses.

After 2 years of legal tussle, in 2008 at trial (these things go very slowly) I was finally able to prevail.

It already has management in place, but I will definitely be treating it as a trial basis at first. 

What you never hear is that after the jury awarded $130 million against a person, the trial judge or appeals court reduced it to $2 million which the insurance company paid.

Numbers will be a trial and error and a proforma will help and simplify that. 

There used to be a three month trial membership that was (obviously) a lower price than the full year - I think it was 1/3 of the annual rate but not 100% sure about that since I never used that myself, and I am not sure if that is still offered or not.So, the suggestion I make is go to the main meeting for free and spin the wheel - if you get a big enough discount you can judge whether to join then or just pass until you are moved in locally.You can email the office using the "info" address to get more specific details; somebody is there M-F in the mornings, so if you phone or email that is when you will get a hold of somebody.

The biggest thing you need to worry about at this point is taking action, trial and errors are your best friends. 

Adding a roommate, even if on a trial basis, is not considered a guest and needs approval prior to move in.

Not to say I don't feel bad and sorry for these folks but at some point you have to stop the excuses.Regardless, its entertaining, and I'm gleaming some insight in how to deal with some of the problematic tenants through his trials and tribulations.
