We all know that real estate is an art, but a real estate license is not required unless you are doing a retail deal or something of that nature (depending on your state).

@Kyle Lopez and there you have the work as a wholesaler:) Obviously the more you do it the more you understand how to get sellers to the price you need (not everyone will sell to you but there is an art in getting consistent deals).
