Nothing like a cool extra to drive business.I would do a real mix of burgers, sausage, etc but include some ribs (both pork and beef) and maybe some steaks.I would go to Costco and look at bulk meat or a good local butcher.

I was like DUDE that's a nice fantasy you are living in.. and well unfortunately many folks bought into that fantasy.. even if these properties had not been butchered IE not rehabbed and other stuff that happened.. you simply cannot buy D class low end urban core and have the great outcome Morris touts just not possible.. the tenant base wont allow for it..
