I've got a busy day going today, but had a few minutes to briefly check out Podio as well as Micah's first suggestion, Pro Workflow and all of them look great at first glance and I'm excited to do some more in depth research on all of them, as well as Micah's two other suggestions.

After listening to many real estate pod cast by BiggerPockets, I’ve become a big fan and I’m convinced this is the perfect place to get started.Over the years I have acquired various skills including construction, excavation & equipment operation, masonry, mechanics, spreadsheets, communications, and office management.My strengths however are in planning/creating consistent & standardized workflow as well as excellent communication and networking skills.I'm a "Go-Getter" and I recently transitioned to a stay at home dad due to a concussion injury.

You can't trust anyone to help you across the board out of state, you have to have very strong oversight and know how to hold people accountable from afar with video updates and workflow requirements.

I understand it may vary but do any workflow solutions work for you all?

Now with higher resolution and apps drilling down on details is easier to put into a work flow of virtual management. 

…After I read the book again, I went online and downloaded an image of the workflow process, which helped keep me on track through the process, which took me 2 weeks.Here’s a good one:https://gtdrehab.wordpress.com/ (not affiliated with this site at all).After completing the process and organizing all of my stuff, the first thing I did, which was identified early on, was declutter my house.I did this room by room.I threw away what I needed to and donated the rest.This, by itself, was freedom.I recommend it to anyone.Let me put it this way, if I weren’t married, I would walk away from almost all of my possessions (with the exception of clothes and toothbrush).  

Hello there.I’m Eric, I’m 31, and ready for a career change.My career background is as follows: - IT support - Apple Consultant (9 years, current job) - Network infrastructure design and deployment (2 years) - Video production - informercials, commercials, music videos, & real estate video w/ drones (shooting, editing, etc) (5 years) - Photography assistant for well-known photographer (5 years) - Front-end web developer (5 years as job, more for my own businesses)I’ve started up and have run 3 businesses (and many more failed ventures) in these various fields, with varying successes over the years.I’ve done a lot of the following for my own companies:-branding and marketing - logo design - web development - SaaS application research and optimized workflow integration - video production (use to have $45k worth of gear) - sales and invoicing - referral networking (member of some groups for 4 years) - administrative duties / bookkeepingI’m use to doing the sales, project work, and invoicing for a multitude of clients.

I want a near-automated work flow from acquiring tenant, signing leases, ongoing maintenance, cleanup, etc so that i can own as many properties as humanly possible without hiring on managers and the like. 

I'm not familiar with PropStream but if possible I'd establish an automated workflow 

2) the do's and dont's of wholesaling3) is there a workflow chart around that i can look at?
