The newest BS "BALONEY SYSTEM", my nice term for utter "BULL SXXX" INFORMATION SYSTEM, is being offered by some guy who's movie starts out with a great voice over intro about his starting as a "widowed single dad on unemployment" and now he has become the nations "Foremost Authority" on Commercial Real Estate Investing.

This is quite literally widow's and orphan's funds.

Late on the last night of this trip one of our Air BnB hosts texted that they knew of a house down the street owned by a widower who might be interested in selling his house.

If I wasn't able to connect with the widow I bought my first two buildings from, it wouldn't have happened.

My wife and I found out AFTER purchasing our own home that a few years earlier, the deceased husband of the widow who owned it had committed suicide in...shot himself...

One of the best reasons is that the current owner is old or fairly common has died and the widow has let the park go to heck.  

After the death of Son #1 in 2006 and prior to the formation of the LLC in 2007, we decided to change the percentage of ownership to Dad/Mom (1/3), #1 Son's Widow (1/3), #2 Son/Wife (1/3), via some other property exchanges.
