Lots of legal opinions here, but most are inaccurate.It is true that, absent an estate planning vehicle (trust, etc.) there needs to be someone with “standing” who is empowered to pass title.

not a fan. people are getting tired of having to always enter contact information to use stuff. guests just paid decent money to stay in a rental, and you should already have their information (email) in some way or form. just my personal opinion

They require unnecessary details, such as pictures and details of the applicants' vehicles, which push potential tenants away.Adding to the frustration, their onboarding team has been incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I had a family who were schemers-always had stories and getting different charities to pay their rent and I was just tired of dealing with them so I gave them the proper notice at the end of their lease and in that notice I included the move out procedure and a reminder that they would owe $1600/month rent if they were still there on the 1st per section X of the lease they signed.
